After last week in which Raonic was the outright moneymaker. Miami brings a new opportunity for outright luck/success. Luck we need as Djokovic has to be below par in order to shake up the draw.

Bottom of the draw and won’t see Djokovic until a possible final. Even though I target Bautista in the other outright pick, the price on Nishikori is also good value. He has been very good recently and pushed Murray to a fifth set in Davis Cup. Florida is were he went to a tennis academy and the heat and wind should not affect him negatively. Injury is always a bit of a concern for Nishikori but he appeared fully fit in IW last week. His loss to Nadal in straight sets in IW was disappointing. However, as Nishikori points out himself in an interview, the high bounce was not in his favour in IW against the top spin of Nadal. I surely expect Nishikori to come on top of Nadal if they play a rematch in Miami. I expect Murray to be the toughest hurdle in an expected quarter final match up. The 6.50 available for Murray seems very short compared with the 26.00 for Nishikori.

He has to get past Tsonga and Nishikori to reach the semi final but I give him a decent chance against both of them.
